Him

He's smart, that one. He uses his head, always striving, always learning, always bettering himself in some way. I adore his desperation to know more, a glutton for knowledge. Art is his way of thinking. His way of life. There is art in everything. Life is a compilation of the intellectual lifes of those past. His mind, a hopeful contribution to the future human nervous systems yet to be manufactured. I want to be an audience member to this play featuring his striving for accumulation. Yet I don't even know how to locate the box office. So I get to view from a far this symphony of constant learning he's been conducting since day one. Hoping one day I get to be a part of his world of progressive thinking. In his objective to be influenced, perhaps he can influence.

  2. This is beautiful, especially the play metaphor. You have an absolutely wonderful way with words!

  3. I'm glad you're doing this, but you should really think about blogging on Tumblr. That way, people can follow you and can easily keep up with your thoughts and whatnots. Just a thought.

  4. I think whoever 'he' is would be smart to put an obscure ad in your local paper, pointing you towards that box office. You alone would be a better audience member then any mass of people. I love how poetically you convey your thoughts. . . it is a true gift to do so. Please keep up with this blog, from the first sentence I was enthralled. From one insomniac/optimistic pessimist/over-thinker/over-analyzer to another. . .blogging is a great way to put those 'deeper' conversations with yourself in writing. It makes everything a lot clearer...and not just for yourself.

  5. Whoa. I'm glad you found a medium to use your eloquence that doesn't restrict you 140 characters. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and I sincerely hope that you'll keep this up!
